Business Processes
In this section we look at the business processes that need to be executed in order to carry out a sale transaction. The latter can be broken down into four distinct operations: the customer must order the goods or service; the seller must fulfil the order; the customer must make settlement for the order; and the seller must account for the sale financially. For each of these operations below, determine which business processes execute which operations? (NB each process can only be assigned to one business operation).
