Sale Accounting
In this section we look at how the Book-Keeper accounts for the sale transaction, using Xero as our sample Accounting application. This starts with accessing the invoice generated by Xero, (in response to the sale order forwarded by Rocketspark). The Book-Keeper needs to first approve the invoice, then record the payment, before finally checking that the relevant account balances have been updated.

1. Dashboard
Go to Invoices owed to you.
4. Pending
Select relevant invoice.

2. Invoices
Select relevant invoice.
5. Payment
Enter payment details. Click Add Payment button.

3. Approval
Click Approve button.
6. Accounts
Go to Settings\Chart of Accounts to check balances in Bank, Sales, VAT accounts.
