Business Simulation
In the Simulation phase we put together the key elements of your operating model, (processes, roles, applications), to see how they will work together to execute your sales transactions. We consider five stereotypical sales scenarios, primarily based on the various sales channels available to the business, but also incorporating the alternative settlement points, fulfilment modes, completion options, and payment mediums. Under Operations Mapping, we determine the processes, roles and applications required to support each scenario. Under Operations Modelling, we consider how these operational elements need to be configured and orchestrated in order to execute each of the sample business scenarios.
